Shipping Policy

I Haven't received my order

If there is any issue with your delivery, such as a missing or undelivered parcel, this must be reported to our team within 3 days of the delivery date.

Mia Swim is not liable for any missing packages that are not flagged to us within this 3-day window. This policy exists due to courier insurance terms and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

If your order hasn’t arrived and 3 days have not yet passed since the delivery date, please email Info@mia-swim.com and our team will assist you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

How does your sizing work?

We currently offer sizes XS - XL with the hopes to extend the sizing as much as possible in the near future.

  • XS - UK 6
  • S - UK 8
  • M - UK 10
  • L - UK 12
  • XL - UK 14

If your size isn't available as an option online, please email the customer care team with the email title 'sizing request' and put the size you wish for in the email. This will help us to understand what our customers are missing.

How do I return Something?

Please follow the steps via our Returns policy page or the information on your packing slip.

Additionally, if you head to your confirmation email and press 'View Order' you can request a return via the portal.

The below terms apply:

  • You have a 14 day window to get your items back in the warehouse from delivery date.
  • All items received back must come in their original packaging, with all tags in tact.
  • All items must be free of odours including but not limited to pet, bodily odour and smoke.
  • All items must come back in a re-sellable condition.
  • You will be notified once you have triggered the returns process of the status of your return.
  • We do not accept returns of resale items.
  • We do not accept returns on earrings (for hygiene purposes), personalised items or sale items.

For international returns the above terms are applicable, however, the items must be back to us in the warehouse within 21 days.

How do I exchange an item?

We offer one free exchange per order to our UK customers!

To request an exchange, simply email us at info@mia-swim.com within 14 days of your delivery date.

Be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you'd like to exchange
  • Preferred size

We’ll then send you a free EVRI returns label. As soon as the return is scanned in by EVRI, we’ll dispatch your new size right away, no need to wait for the item to reach us.

Do you charge for returns?

While we’d love to offer free returns in the future, for now, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

As outlined in our policy, please use a courier of your choice to send your return, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Your return must arrive within 14 days of your original delivery date. If you received your order in more than one shipment we will honour the date of the final parcel you received from that order.

Please note: Mia Swim is not responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse. We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information for your records.

One of my items is faulty

Please email info@mia-swim.com with your order number, name and description of the fault (and any images) so they can assist you.

I’M MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER

It's likely it is coming in more than one parcel, and should be highlighted on your packing slip inside the first parcel you received. If your expected delivery date has passed, then please email us at info@mia-swim.com and we will sort it for you.

Time to time, during high volume orders, we can take up to 4 working days to dispatch your items. Although in most cases these are dispatched the same day (if ordered before 2pm), or the next day.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED

If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're very sorry. This will usually be because the stock wasn't in the warehouse when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The refund may take up to 5 working days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO

Please email us info@mia-swim.com where we can get this fixed for you.

Please send the following information:

- Your name

- Order number

- Product name/size of the item ordered

- Product name/size of the item received

Please wait until you’ve spoken to our customer care team before you return anything so we can make sure we get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
