Orders
Can I change my order?
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been placed we will send status updates to your email. Here you can track your order up until delivery. Also, be sure to check your junk/spam folder as some of our emails land there.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 days, during sale and holiday seasons this period may be extended to 7 days due to the volume of orders. Orders are sent out through our post international courier. Once orders are dispatched we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipping address. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.
I'm missing an item from my order?
Not cool! We’ve either packed it wrong, it’s coming in more than one parcel or it’s fallen off the back of the wagon. If your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our Contact us page.
I have received an incorrect item?
In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, via our Contact us page.
Please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name/size of the item ordered
- Product name/size of the item received
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, your order is being processed. Don't worry, you'll be the first to know when your parcel leaves the warehouse. Please note, we ship orders on business days so if you have placed your order on the weekend or public holiday it will be shipped within the next business day. Our team will always work hard to ship your order within 2 business days from the date of the order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email as soon as your package has been shipped, and you can follow your order status to delivery. If you need any assistance tracking your order, feel free to get in touch with our customer care team to help you out with this ASAP!
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer express and standard shipping options for UK orders. We offer express shipping only for all international orders.
My package never arrived, what do I do?
Not cool! Be sure to check all status updates on your email. If you are still having trouble, please get in contact with our customer care team to have it looked into ASAP!

How do I care for my Mia Swim pieces?
Caring for your new pieces is an absolute necessity.
- Do not iron
- Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry
- Store in a dry place
- Spa chemicals may cause minor discolouration
- Try to cold wash
