Returns & Exchange Policy


How Do I Return?


Thank you for shopping with us, we are so grateful for everyone that orders, and so we want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us.

We offer a free exchange per order, for orders placed in England, Wales and Scotland only

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) for a refund to your original payment method or choose store credit under the following conditions:

Return Window:
Returns must be posted back to our returns address within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original packaging.
For swimwear, it must be returned with the hygiene sticker intact. 
The item must be in saleable condition, including no stains, signs of wear or smells.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or A4 packing slip that came inside your parcel) so that we can easily locate your order and refund you quicker.

Non-returnable Items
If the hygiene sticker and tags are no longer attached, we won't be able to accept your return and you will be required to cover the cost of postage to return this back to you.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. If faulty or damaged a replacement will be sent out to you. 
Items marked as Sale, are final and marked down significantly for this purpose.

Incorrect Address
If you have received tracking details, we cannot change the shipping address. Otherwise, for the fastest response, please message us on Instagram using our dedicated:

If you message us on our main account its likely we won't see it in time.


Got it! Can I Make a Return?


Step 1: Please find the A4 packing slip in your parcel which has your order details on, and circle the item(s) you wish to return (and why).

Step 2: Place the slip back into your parcel, ensure all tags and hygiene sticker(s) are intact and use the returnable strip on the back of the mailer to seal the contents.

Step 3: Pick a courier of your choice, ideally using a tracked service and drop the parcel off at your local courier shop. The returns address can be found on the A4 packing slip within your parcel.

Step 4: Hold tight to the tracking number, and wait for it to be delivered back to us.



How Do I Exchange?


Simply email us at info@mia-swim.com and include:
Your order number
Item(s) you wish to exchange
New size you require

Still Not Right:
If you've exchanged an item and your new size is not quite right, please return following our returns process for store credit. 
We are not able to offer a second exchange, you will have to place a new order.


Processing your Return/Refund:
From delivery of your return back to us, it can take up to 5 working days for us to process this.
Card and Clearpay refund can take between 3-7 working days to show in your account.
We do not cover the cost of postage to return to us or the original shipping.
We cannot replace damaged items after 60 days from delivery. 
All returns are subject to inspection before approved.
Please track your return as we are not liable for any lost parcels.
