Returns & Exchange Policy

 

   

HOW DO I RETURN?

 

Items bought at full price or with up to 15% off, not marked as Sale, and in new, unworn condition (tags & hygiene liners attached, in original packaging) can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date for:

 

  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Free Size Exchange (scroll down for further info!)
  • Store Credit
Step 1: 

See the Packing Slip (A4 piece of paper) located in your parcel. Circle the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return (i.e. too large, too small etc). Place this slip back inside your return parcel.

 

Step 2:

Return your items in the original packaging using the resealable strip to the Address Stated on your Packing Slip. You can use any courier, but we recommend one with Tracking, we’re not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit to us. 

 

Step 3: 

We’ll email you once your return’s received — check your inbox (and junk!). 

Allow 48 hours for processing and up to 5 working days for refunds to appear. Prefer store credit? Just note it on your returns slip.

RETURN COST: Return shipping costs are on you, unless the item is faulty. The shipping cost from your original order is non-refundable, as this is a cost incurred which we cannot get back! 🫶

 

FINAL SALE: This refers to items marked as SALE and are not eligible for return unless your item is damaged or we have accidentally packed the incorrect item. Please contact customer care at info@mia-swim.com and we will try to organise a replacement of the item if possible!  

 

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged, in line with your consumer rights.

Please note we only offer free exchanges to orders placed in England, Wales and Scotland. 

 


HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

 

1. Email info@mia-swim.com or message us via the Chatbot with your Order Number, the Item(s), and the Size you need.

2. We’ll email you a return label. Once you've dropped it off at the parcel shop and it's been scanned by EVRI, we’ll ship your new size with updated tracking.

3. Await your new size! ✨


 

STILL NOT RIGHT?

If you’ve exchanged an item and your new size is not quite right, please return following our return process for store credit or a refund back to your original payment method.

We are not able to offer a second free exchange, you will have to place a new order. 💞


 

 

WHY A RETURN/EXCHANGE MIGHT NOT BE ACCEPTED:

Rare, but can happen if the following conditions are not met:

 

  • Have you completed Step 1 on the packing slip? Without it, we won’t be able to accept your return and it’ll swim right back to you.

  • Are your items in tip-top shape, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and still in their original packaging? If tags and hygienic seals are no longer attached, we won’t be able to accept your return and it’ll swim right back to you.

  • Is the garment clear of any makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks or other signs of wear? If not, we won’t be able to accept your return and it’ll swim right back to you.
