Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Policy: Items purchased from our website at full price or with a discount of 15% or less, that are not marked as final sale, and that are in new and unworn condition with the tags and hygienic liners attached (and in original packaging) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method or a store credit! 💕
Refund Processing: We collect and process returns every Wednesday at 8 AM. So, make sure your return reaches us by Tuesday to get it sorted out that week. If it arrives after Tuesday, don't worry - it'll be in line and processed the next Wednesday. Once we've got your return and it meets our return conditions, you will receive an email stating this has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to make its way back to your original payment method! 💸
Need your return handled sooner? No problem! 💞 Just get in touch with proof of postage, and we'll do our best to speed things up for you! 🫶
Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless your item is damaged upon receiving it or we have accidentally packed the incorrect item. Please contact customer care at info@mia-swim.com and we will try to organise a replacement of the item if possible!

HOW DO I RETURN?
Step 1: Complete the returns form included in your package. Don't forget to add your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once you’re all set, pop your parcel (in its original packaging) back to us at:

Why a return might not be accepted: First things first, make sure to complete the return form! Without it, we won’t be able to accept your return and it’ll swim right back to you. Plus, to qualify for a refund, your items must be in tip-top shape—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and still in their original packaging. Keep those tags and hygienic seals attached! 💖 Oh, and any makeup marks or other signs of wear will be considered, well, worn! Remember, we want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, but we gotta stick to our return conditions.
When it comes to returning your items, the choice of courier is all yours! We do recommend picking one with tracking services so you can stay in the loop on your shipment's journey back to our warehouse. 📦📍
Just a quick reminder: we're not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit, so make sure to choose wisely! 😉
Return Cost: Our returns process comes with a little fee!! 💕 Return shipping costs are on you, unless the item is faulty. Also, just a heads-up, the shipping cost from your original order is non-refundable! 🫶

Exchange on Exchange: If you’ve exchanged an item and your exchange piece also does not fit, we can offer you a refund in store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. FYI!! We are not able to offer a second exchange. 💞
